MAT PILATES

A dynamic class blending a repertoire of traditional and contemporary Pilates. Develop positive postural habits and muscular alignment while increasing lean muscle and strength.

STRETCH & MOVE

A nourishing low impact workout. This class focuses on flexibility, alignment and bodyweight strength throughout a series of fluid movements, holds and stretches.

STRETCH & RELEASE

A unique blend of muscle release therapy using necessary apparatus. This is a slow-paced class involving long holds working through areas of your body that carry habitual tension and stress.
