A dynamic class blending a repertoire of traditional and contemporary Pilates. The teacher will focus on building positive postural and muscular alignment while increasing mobility, lean muscle mass and strength. Expect regular muscle burn while increasing your range of movement and flexibility.
A dynamic Vinyasa practice linking conscious breath with fluid movement. This class is fast-paced yoga with a focus on body alignment throughout a series of full body movements, holds and stretches. Students will have the opportunity to explore new limits within their practice. A nourishing full body workout.
A slow-paced practice involving 3-5 minute holds. You will focus deeply on your breath whilst clearing the mind throughout long relaxing poses. You will experience muscle, fascia and stress release, working through areas of your body that hold tension and stress. You will leave this class feeling lighter, looser and more relaxed. Suitable for all levels.
