PRO MOVEMENT

Periodised athletic programs targeting mobility, agility, strength, power, cardio and endurance, whilst emphasising education on human movement for health and longevity.

 
 

MAT PILATES

A dynamic class blending a repertoire of traditional and contemporary Pilates. The teacher will focus on building positive postural and muscular alignment while increasing mobility, lean muscle mass and strength

 
 

VINYASA YOGA

A dynamic Vinyasa practice linking conscious breath with fluid movement. This class is fast-paced yoga with a focus on body alignment throughout a series of full body movements, holds and stretches.

 
 

YIN YOGA

A slow-paced practice involving 3-5 minute holds. You will focus deeply on your breath whilst clearing the mind throughout long relaxing poses. You will experience muscle, fascia and stress release, working through areas of your body that hold tension and stress. You will leave this class feeling lighter, looser and more relaxed.
